4. Orders & Acceptance

• Replacements or store credits are provided only as per our Return & Replacement Policy.

8. Plant Care Responsibility

• Once delivered, the care, maintenance, and survival of plants are the customer’s responsibility.

• Heaven & Harmony is not liable for plant damage or death due to:

  • Improper watering, sunlight, or care

  • Weather conditions or relocation stress

Return & Replacement Policy

At Heaven & Harmony, we take utmost care in packaging and delivering healthy plants and eco-friendly products. Due to the nature of live plants, our return policy is designed to be fair, transparent, and practical.

1. Live Plants (Important)

🌿 No Returns on Live Plants
Live plants are non-returnable and non-refundable once delivered, as they are perishable and sensitive to handling, climate, and care conditions.

However, we do offer free replacement or store credit under specific conditions mentioned below.

2. Replacement Policy for Live Plants

You are eligible for a replacement or store credit if:

• The plant arrives damaged, broken, rotten, or dead

• The wrong plant is delivered

To claim a replacement:

• Contact us within 24 hours of delivery

• Share clear photos and/or videos of:

  • The plant

  • The packaging

  • The shipping label

📩 Requests raised after 24 hours will not be accepted.

Once verified, we will:

• Send a free replacement, or

• Provide store credit (if replacement is unavailable)

3. Non-Plant Products (Pots, Grow Bags, Accessories)

Non-plant items can be returned or replaced if:

• The item is damaged or defective on arrival

• An incorrect item is delivered

Conditions:

• Report the issue within 48 hours of delivery

• Product must be unused and in original packaging

We do not accept returns for:

• Minor color/size variations

• Change of mind after delivery

4. Refund Policy

• We do not offer cash refunds for live plants

• Approved refunds (if applicable) will be processed as:

  • Store credit, or

  • Refund to the original payment method (for non-plant items only)

Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after approval.

5. Delivery-Related Issues

We are not responsible for:

• Delays caused by courier partners

• Damage due to incorrect address provided by the customer

• Failed delivery attempts

Please ensure your address and contact details are accurate while placing the order.

6. Order Cancellation

• Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placing the order

• Once dispatched, cancellation is not possible
